Alright, so, 59 and 23, right? Sounds cryptic, but it’s just what I was messing with today. Let me tell you the whole story from the beginning.
I started my day like any other, coffee in hand, staring at my computer screen. I had this idea bouncing around in my head, something about combining these two numbers in a way that made sense. I didn’t have a specific goal, just a feeling that I wanted to explore.
The Messing Around Phase
First, I tried adding them. 59 + 23 = 82. Okay, boring. Nothing special there.

Then I thought, what about subtraction? 59 – 23 = 36. Still nothing that jumped out at me.
I went on to multiplication: 59 23 = 1357. Getting bigger, but still…meh.
And of course, division: 59 / 23 ≈ 2.565. A decimal! We’re getting somewhere, maybe?
The “Aha!” Moment (Sort Of)
After these basic operations, I decided to get a little more creative. I started playing with the digits themselves. I noticed they are numbers which both are prime.
- 59 is a prime number.
- 23 is a prime number.
Then The idea is coming to me. Because I’m very obsessed with prime numbers recently.

Putting It All Together
So, after all that playing around, what did I actually do with 59 and 23? To be honest, not much that’s world-changing. But I did explore their properties, played with some calculations, and got that weird satisfaction of understanding them a little bit better and both of them are Prime!
It might seem pointless, but sometimes it’s the process of just messing around, trying things, and seeing what happens that’s actually valuable. And that is the whole point of my practice today!
