So, the other day, I was hanging out with my buddy, right? And we got into this deep dive about tarot cards. You know, those things with all the funky pictures that are supposed to tell you your future or whatever. Anyway, my friend, he’s all into this stuff, and he starts talking about The Chariot card. Says it’s all about willpower and determination and blah blah blah.
Now, I’m not really into tarot, but I’m a sucker for a good character analysis. So I’m like, “Dude, which characters really embody this Chariot vibe?” And thus began a very heated, but fun discussion.
Brainstorming Session
First, we tossed around some obvious choices. You know, your typical heroes who charge into battle and never give up. My friend brought up a few from the video games that he has played, while I mentioned the ones in some fantasy novels.

But then, we wanted to go deeper. We started thinking about characters who might not be so obvious. It became a bit difficult to continue.
Digging Deeper
- We talked about how The Chariot isn’t just about physical strength, but also about mental fortitude.
- So, I started to look for some characters who overcome obstacles through sheer willpower.
- But it was difficult to relate the traits with some actual figures. Most of them are just having a strong mindset, not exactly the “Chariot”.
The Realization
After a whole afternoon of this, we kind of hit a wall. We realized that maybe The Chariot isn’t about finding a perfect match in a character, but more about recognizing those “Chariot moments” in different characters’ journeys. You know, those times when they dig deep, push through adversity, and come out stronger on the other side. One of my friends mentioned a character from an anime that he watched recently. He said that although the guy was not exactly a strong and brave type at the beginning of the story, he became strong-willed gradually and eventually made up his mind to save his friends and family. This is more like a “Chariot moment” than a “Chariot” character. So interesting!
So, yeah, that was my little adventure in trying to figure out what character embodies The Chariot. It was a fun ride, even if we didn’t quite reach a definitive destination. And that’s kind of like life, isn’t it? It’s all about the journey, the discussions, and the “aha” moments along the way.
If you guys are interested, I might share another one of these little journeys next time. I have a few topics in my mind. See ya!
