Okay, so today I decided to dive into something I’ve been curious about for a while: the astrology chart for the 2024 US election. I’m no expert, just someone who likes to tinker with this stuff, so bear with me!
Getting Started
First, I needed to figure out the exact date and time, right? Everyone knows the election is in November, but I needed specifics. I looked it up, and it’s Tuesday, November 5th, 2024. For the time, I went with 9:00 PM EST, thinking that’s when the polls close on the East Coast, and we’ll probably start getting results.
Finding the Right Tools
Next, I needed a way to generate the chart. I didn’t feel like calculating everything by hand. So, I hopped, There are tons of free astrology chart generators, and I picked one, put in November 5th, 2024, 9:00 PM, and set the location to Washington D.C., since that’s where, you know, the election stuff happens.
Making the Chart
I punched in all the info and…boom! Up popped the chart, all colorful circles and lines. It looked pretty, but honestly, a little overwhelming at first. I’m still learning how to interpret all the symbols and what they mean.
My First Impressions
Without getting too deep into the technical stuff (because, again, I’m still learning!), I noticed a few things that stood out. I spent some time looking at where the planets were positioned, especially the Sun, Moon, and the bigger players like Jupiter and Saturn. I also looked at the “houses,” which represent different areas of life, like career, communication, and home. And I’m saving all of my notes in my personnel files.
Figuring Out What It All Means (Maybe)
I’m still in the process of figuring out what it all means. This is where I’m using the internet a lot, looking up interpretations of different planetary placements and aspects. It’s like putting together a puzzle, trying to see how all the pieces fit together to create a bigger picture.
It’s totally a work in progress, and I’m sure my understanding will change as I learn more. But it’s been a fun little project, and I feel like I’m slowly starting to understand the basics. I just kept looking up the definition of the chart, reading, and taking notes.
Next Steps
My plan is to keep digging into this, reading more about election astrology, and comparing this chart to past election charts. Maybe I’ll even try to make some (very) amateur predictions, just for fun. Don’t hold me to them, though!
