Alright, so I gotta tell you about this “1018 angel number” thing I’ve been messing with lately. Sounds kinda woo-woo, right? But hey, I’m always up for trying new stuff, see if it sticks.
It all started when I kept seeing 10:18 on the clock, like, every freakin’ day. Then on receipts, license plates… you name it. Figured it was more than just coincidence, so I Googled it. That’s where I fell down the “angel number” rabbit hole.
Apparently, 1018 is supposed to be about new beginnings, positive thoughts, and trusting the universe. Stuff like that. I’m not a super spiritual person, but I figured, what the hell? Can’t hurt to try and be more positive, right?
So, here’s what I did. First, I started journaling every morning. Just writing down what I was grateful for, what my goals were for the day, and trying to frame everything in a positive light. Sounds cheesy, I know, but it actually helped me start the day with a better mindset.
Then, I tried to be more mindful of my thoughts. Whenever I caught myself thinking negative stuff, I’d try to reframe it. Like, instead of “This project is going to be a disaster,” I’d think, “This project is challenging, but I can learn a lot from it.” Little tweaks like that.
Also, this is weird, but I actually started talking to the “universe” or whatever. Just saying out loud what I wanted to achieve and trusting that things would work out. Kinda like manifesting, I guess.
Now, did all this magically transform my life overnight? Nah, of course not. But I did notice some subtle changes. I felt less stressed, more focused, and generally more optimistic. I also started taking more risks and going after things I’d been putting off. Like finally signing up for that pottery class I always wanted to take.
Look, I’m not saying angel numbers are real or anything. Maybe it’s all just a placebo effect. But honestly, who cares? If it helps you be more positive and proactive, what’s the harm?

So, yeah, that’s my “1018 angel number” experiment. I’m gonna keep at it for a while and see where it goes. Maybe it’s just a bunch of hooey, but hey, you never know. Plus, it’s kinda fun to believe in something, even if it’s a little bit out there.
Give it a shot, you might be surprised. Or you might just think I’m crazy. Either way, let me know what you think!
