Today is the 39th day of my 48-day challenge. I’m feeling pretty good about my progress, but there’s still a ways to go!
I started my day like I always do – with a big glass of water. It’s a simple thing, but it really helps me wake up and get my body going. After that, I headed straight to my workspace. It’s important for me to have a dedicated area where I can focus, free from distractions. It’s just a small corner in my room, but it works!
My Work Process
- First, I reviewed my to-do list. I made this list last night, so I could jump right in without wasting any time. I use plain old pen and paper because nothing can beat it!
- Then I tackled the most important task first. It was that work that I have been put off for day. Gotta get it done! I put on some music, set a timer, and just focused. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you really put your mind to it.
- I took short breaks every hour. Just a quick stretch, a walk around the room, and then back to it. It’s important not to burn out.
- Halfway through the day,I felt satisfied after eating. I checked my progress and made some adjustments to my plan for the rest of the day. The best part is I have already done my main tasks, it is so good.
It wasn’t all smooth sailing, though. There were a couple of times when I got stuck. But I didn’t let it discourage me. I took a deep breath, stepped away for a few minutes, and then came back to it with fresh eyes. It’s all part of the process.

By the end of the day, I had finished a whole work! I’m not quite where I want to be yet, but I’m definitely on the right track. And that’s what matters. Onwards to day 40!
