Okay, so I’ve been messing around with tarot cards lately, just for fun, you know? And there’s this one card, The Chariot, that I kept pulling whenever I was asking simple yes/no questions. It got me thinking, “Can I actually use this card for direct answers?” So, I did a little experiment.
My Little Experiment Begins
First, I cleared my mind. I mean, really cleared it. No thinking about dinner or that weird noise my car makes. Just focused on the cards.
Then, I shuffled the deck. I’m not a fancy shuffler, just your basic overhand shuffle. But I did it for a good while, making sure the cards were good and mixed.

While shuffling, I focused on my question. For this experiment, I kept it simple: “Will I get that freelance gig I applied for?” (Fingers crossed!)
I cut the deck, just a simple split into two piles, and then put them back together.
Finally, I pulled a single card. And guess what? It was The Chariot.
Interpreting The Chariot for a Yes/No
Now, here’s where it got interesting. Traditionally, The Chariot is all about willpower, determination, and overcoming obstacles. It’s a strong, positive card. But is it a “yes”?
I started to think, if it is about determination, will power and a postive * seems like a solid “yes”.

- It shows forward movement.
- It suggests victory after a struggle.
- It implies that you’re in control of the situation.
Based on my experiment, and the general vibe of The Chariot, I’m going to say it leans heavily towards a “yes” in a yes/no reading. It’s not a wishy-washy “maybe.” It’s more like a, “Heck yeah, but you gotta work for it!”
So, I took that as a good sign for my freelance gig. I’m still waiting to hear back, but I’m feeling optimistic! I’ll keep you updated on what happened on that freelance job.
Remember, this is just my personal take. Tarot is super subjective. But hey, if you’re looking for a quick yes/no and you pull The Chariot, I’d say things are looking pretty good!
