Okay, so today I messed around with this “Sun square Uranus” thing. I’d heard about it, but I wanted to see what I could do with it, you know? Get my hands dirty.
First, I grabbed my ephemeris. Gotta have that, right? It’s like my roadmap for the stars. I flipped through it, looking for when the Sun and Uranus were gonna be 90 degrees apart. Found it! It’s happening next week. Okay, game on.
My Little Experiment
Next, I pulled up my own natal chart. I wanted to see where this square was going to hit me personally. I spotted where my natal Sun is, and then I figured out which house Uranus was transiting through. Turns out, it’s shaking things up in my career zone. Interesting…
Then, I started brainstorming. What could I do with this restless, rebellious energy? I mean, Uranus is all about sudden changes and breaking free, and the Sun is, well, me. So, I decided to focus on a project I’ve been putting off – revamping my website. It’s felt stale for ages, but I’ve been too lazy/scared to mess with it.
- I jotted down a bunch of wild ideas. No holding back! Think neon colors, crazy fonts, maybe even a video intro.
- I started sketching some layouts. Total chaos at first, but that’s the point, right? Let the Uranus energy flow.
- Then I picked one element and change it, and continue until the end.
I spent the whole day messing around. I broke things, I fixed things, I tried stuff I’d never considered before. It felt…good. Like I was finally shaking off the cobwebs.
Did I finish the whole website? Nope. But I made a serious dent. And more importantly, I felt that Uranian spark. It’s like I remembered I’m allowed to be different, to experiment, to surprise myself. That’s the whole point, I think. To use these transits to push ourselves, even if it’s just a little bit.
