Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post about “Sabian Symbol 274”, written in the style you described:
So, I got into this whole Sabian Symbols thing a while back. It’s like, each degree of the zodiac has a little picture and a meaning associated with it. Kinda like an extra layer of astrology, you know?
Today, I decided to mess around with degree 274. I just picked it randomly. I started by looking up where that even is in the zodiac. Turns out, it’s in Capricorn. Makes sense, Capricorn is all about structure and, like, getting stuff done.

Then, I googled “Sabian Symbol 274”. Lots of different interpretations popped up. It’s a little confusing because different people have slightly different takes, but the general vibe seemed to be about leadership and how a group of people can work together.
The image that goes to this symbol is “A large aviary”.
My deep dive practice
I spent some time, just thinking about it. What this all meant. Then I did some research and collected some of the explanation, and found something I could connected with.
- I thought, How does this image relate to people, rather than just birds, what it is trying to talk about?
- I visualized what’s the common theme of leadership and working with people?
- I jotted down some notes in my journal. Just free-association, whatever came to mind.
- I tried to connect it to something happening in my own life.
Finally, I realized that I’d been struggling to get everyone on the same page. I realized that everyone’s singing their own tune, just like a bunch of birds in a cage. And I needed to figure out how to get them all on the same song, even when they have very different ideas.
So that’s what I did. It wasn’t perfect, and, to be honest, it’s still a work in progress. But thinking about that symbol – 274, the “A large aviary”– it gave me a new way to look at the whole mess.

It’s all about getting things done and making sure everyone’s voice is heard, even if they’re all different.
