Okay, so I saw this thing online called a “Moon Phase Calculator Soulmate” and I got curious. You know, I’m always up for trying those fun, quirky things, even though I don’t really believe in that stuff.
First, I started looking around to see what this was all about. It seemed like a tool that uses your birth date to figure out what phase the moon was in when you were born, and then it compares it to someone else’s moon phase. The idea is that certain moon phases are more compatible than others. Sounds a bit out there, right?
Anyway, I decided to give it a shot. I found a few websites that offered this calculator, so I just picked one that looked simple enough. I entered my birth date, and it quickly showed me my moon phase – it was a Waxing Gibbous for me. I have to admit, it was kind of cool to see that.

Then, I thought, “Why not try this with my partner’s birth date?” So, I entered their information too. Their moon phase turned out to be a Full Moon. The website then gave us some info about how these two phases supposedly interact in a relationship.
- My Moon Phase: Waxing Gibbous
- Partner’s Moon Phase: Full Moon
It said things like, “Waxing Gibbous and Full Moon can be a powerful combination, but there might be some challenges because both are strong phases,” and so on. I read through it, but honestly, I took it all with a grain of salt. It was more like reading a horoscope – fun to read but not something I’d base any real decisions on.
After that, I also tried the calculator with some of my friends’ birth dates, just for fun. It was interesting to see the different combinations and the little blurbs the website provided about each pairing. Some were pretty generic, like, “These two phases can have a harmonious relationship,” while others were a bit more specific.
My Thoughts
In the end, this whole moon phase calculator thing was just a bit of fun for me. I didn’t really learn anything new about my relationships, but it was an entertaining way to spend some time. I guess if someone really believes in astrology and the influence of the moon, they might get more out of it. But for me, it was just a quirky online tool that provided a few minutes of amusement. I wouldn’t say it’s accurate or that it changed my life in any way, but it was a fun little experiment!
