Okay, so today I messed around with the numbers 44 and 37. I wanted to see what I could do with them, just playing around, you know?
First, I added them together. Simple enough, right? 44 + 37. I grabbed my phone’s calculator, punched it in, and bam! I got 81.
Addition
- Started with 44
- Added 37
- Result: 81
Then I thought, “Okay, let’s try subtracting.” I took the smaller number (37) away from the bigger one (44). So, 44 – 37. Back to the calculator, tap tap tap, and… 7! That was a pretty small difference.

Subtraction
- Started with 44
- Subtracted 37
- Result: 7
Next up, I decided to multiply them. I’m not gonna lie, I definitely needed the calculator for this one. 44 multiplied by 37… Whoa! The answer popped up as 1628. That’s a way bigger number than I expected.
Multiplication
- Started with 44
- Multiplied by 37
- Result: 1628
Finally, I went for division. I divided the larger number (44) by the smaller one (37). 44 divided by 37…and the calculator showed me something like 1.189189… It’s a long, repeating decimal, so it’s not a nice, clean number.
Division
- Started with 44
- Divided by 37
- Result: Approximately 1.189
So yeah, that’s what I did with 44 and 37 today. Just a little number experiment. It’s kinda cool to see how different operations give you such drastically different results, isn’t it?
