Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of turkey imagery lately, and it got me thinking about the turkey as a spirit animal. I decided to do a little digging and, well, experiment a bit myself. It was kinda fun, actually.
My Turkey Spirit Animal Dive
First, I did some basic research. What does the turkey even mean symbolically? Turns out, it’s a lot about abundance, gratitude, and generosity. Makes sense, right? Think Thanksgiving. But there’s also this connection to the earth, to grounding, and to community.
So, armed with this basic knowledge, I started paying more attention. Were turkeys randomly showing up in my life more than usual? I thought about recent experenice.

- Dreams:I tried to be mindful before * some basic idea about * yes, I did dream! It was about Turkeys!
- Real Life: I started to draw Turkeys, trying to put my full attention on it.
- Feelings: When I finished all these,I felt a strong sense of *’s amazing!
It’s all a bit “woo-woo,” I know, but I figured, why not lean into it? I started focusing on gratitude. I made a list, you know, the whole “count your blessings” thing. It actually felt pretty good. I also started thinking about ways I could be more generous, not just with money, but with my time and energy.
I’m not saying I had some huge epiphany, I didn’t start seeing turkeys everywhere. I have the drawing and gratitude, I think that’s all about my turkey spirit animal journey.
It was a fun little experiment. Maybe it’ll inspire you to explore your own spirit animal, whatever it may be. Just a little something to ponder!
