Okay, so, this whole “dream of peeing” thing… It’s been a weird journey, let me tell you.
It all started with me waking up in the middle of the night, like, really needing to go. But I was so comfy, all snuggled up, and the bathroom felt miles away. You know that feeling?
So, I decided to try and, uh, “control” it in my dream. Yeah, I know, sounds crazy, right? But I’d heard somewhere that you can sometimes influence your dreams, so I figured, why not?

First few attempts? Total fail. I ended up either waking myself up fully, or…well, let’s just say it didn’t go as planned. Super frustrating.
But I’m stubborn. I kept at it. Every night, if I had that “gotta go” feeling, I’d focus really hard. Like, really hard. I’d picture myself walking to the bathroom, doing my thing, and then getting back into bed, all cozy and relieved.
The Process
- Felt the urge.
- Stayed in bed, eyes closed.
- Visualized the ENTIRE bathroom trip, in detail.
- Concentrated on NOT actually peeing. This was the hardest part, obviously.
- Tried to “feel” the relief in the dream.
It took a while, maybe a couple of weeks of consistent effort. Lots of near misses, I’m not gonna lie. But then, one night…BAM! It worked.
I dreamed I went to the bathroom, did my business, and felt that sweet, sweet relief. And I didn’t wet the bed! Woke up feeling like a superhero, I’m telling you.
It’s not perfect. Sometimes I still mess up. But it’s gotten way better. Now, most of the time, I can “handle it” in my dream, and then just go when I actually wake up in the morning.
