My Journey with the Number 720
Okay, so I wanted to share something that’s been happening for a while now. It’s about this number, 720. Sounds kinda weird, I know, but stick with me.
It started maybe a year or so back. Didn’t think much of it at first. You know how you glance at the clock, and it’s a specific time? Well, for me, it kept being 7:20. Morning, evening, didn’t matter. I’d just happen to look, and boom, 7:20.
Then it got stranger. I started seeing it other places. Like, I’d get change back at the store, $7.20. Or I’d be driving, and a license plate would have 720 in it. A page number in a book I randomly opened. Little things like that, constantly popping up. At first, I just shrugged it off. Coincidence, right?

But it kept happening. For weeks, then months. It got to the point where it felt… noticeable. Like someone tapping me on the shoulder. So, I got curious. What was this 720 thing trying to tell me, if anything?
Trying to Figure It Out
I wasn’t really into number meanings or anything like that before. But seeing it so much, I figured, why not just see what people say about it? Didn’t do a deep dive, just poked around a bit online, asked a friend who’s into that sort of stuff.
The general vibe I got was about balance, being on the right track, and maybe getting some spiritual backup. Stuff like:
- Trusting my gut feelings.
- Keeping my thoughts positive.
- Making sure my work and home life felt balanced.
- Believing that things were working out behind the scenes.
Now, this was happening during a pretty chaotic time for me. I’d left my old job, the one I thought I’d be at forever. It wasn’t a bad split, just… time for a change. But I felt totally lost. I was trying to start my own little project, pouring all my savings and energy into it. It was exciting but also terrifying. Doubted myself every single day. Was I crazy? Should I just go get another safe job?
This is where 720 seemed to fit in.

Seeing that number all the time, especially when I was deep in worry about my project, started to feel… well, kind of comforting. It was like a little nod. A quiet reminder to maybe trust the process, keep going, find that balance between freaking out and actually doing the work.
What I Did (Or Tried To Do)
So, I didn’t suddenly become enlightened or anything. But I did try to take the hint. When I saw 720, instead of just noting it, I started using it as a trigger. A trigger to pause, take a breath, and check in with myself.
Am I overthinking? Yes, probably. Okay, deep breath. Focus on the next step for the project.
Am I neglecting family or friends because I’m working like a maniac? Maybe. Okay, time to schedule a call or a coffee break.
It wasn’t magic. My project still had massive ups and downs. I still worried. But seeing 720 became a little personal reminder system to try and stay centered and trust that I wasn’t completely off my rocker for trying something new.

Where I’m At Now
I still see 720 sometimes, though maybe not quite as intensely as during that peak uncertainty phase. My project is chugging along, not a huge success yet, but it’s alive and I’m learning a ton. Seeing the number now feels more like a familiar check-in from the universe, or just my own subconscious reminding me to stay balanced.
So yeah, that’s my little story with 720. Not claiming it’s some universal miracle number, but for me, during a tough patch, it showed up consistently and gave me a nudge I kind of needed. Just thought I’d share my experience with it.
