Okay, so I’ve been seeing this “Yes/No Love Oracle” thing all over TikTok, and I was like, “What the heck, let’s give it a shot.” I’m not gonna lie, I’m a bit of a hopeless romantic, so any chance to get some cosmic guidance on my love life, I’m there!
My “Ask the Yes/No Love Oracle” Experiment
First, I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen. Nothing fancy, just whatever I could find lying around. The idea is to ask a yes/no question about your love life, something you’re genuinely curious about.
I thought for a bit. It had to be a real question, something I actually wanted an answer to. Not like, “Will I marry a unicorn?” (Although, wouldn’t that be awesome?). I finally settled on: “Will I meet someone special this year?” Cheesy, I know, but hey, I was curious!

Then, I closed my eyes, took a few deep breaths to get all centered and zen-like, and focused on my question. I really tried to put all my energy into it, like I was sending it out into the universe.
Next, the fun part! Without looking, I just started making random dots all over the paper. No pattern, no counting, just letting my hand go wherever it wanted. I kept going until I felt like it was enough. It felt a little silly, but I was committed!
After I stopped dotting, I opened my eyes. Now, the slightly tricky part: I started circling pairs of dots. Just two at a time, connecting them with little lines. The goal is to circle as many pairs as you can.
I kept circling until I couldn’t make any more pairs. I ended up with a bunch of connected dots and, of course, a few lonely dots that didn’t have a partner.
Here’s where the “oracle” part comes in. If you have one dot left over, the answer to your question is YES! If you have no dots left over, or more than one, the answer is NO. Simple, right?

So, what was my result? I counted… and I had ONE single, solitary dot left over! YES! According to my very scientific, totally-not-made-up oracle, I will meet someone special this year!
I’m not going to, like, base my entire life on this, but it was a fun little experiment. And hey, a little bit of hope never hurt anyone, right? Maybe it’s just the universe giving me a little nudge to be open to possibilities. Who knows? I’ll keep you guys updated!
