Okay, so today I decided to dive into this whole “Venus in Taurus woman” thing. I’ve always been a bit curious about astrology, but more in a “hmm, that’s interesting” kind of way, not like, super seriously. But a friend of mine mentioned it, and I thought, why not? Let’s see what this is all about.
First, I googled “Venus in Taurus woman.” So much information! It was a little overwhelming, honestly. Lots of talk about sensuality, love of luxury, appreciation for the finer things in life… you know, the usual. It felt pretty general, like those horoscopes you read in magazines.
So, I tried to narrow it down. I focused on finding blogs or articles written by actual women who have Venus in Taurus in their birth charts. I figured that would be more relatable than some textbook definition, it proved to be a good choice!

My Little Findings Log
- Found some forums: I stumbled upon a couple of astrology forums where people were discussing their experiences. Some of it was, frankly, a bit “woo-woo” for me. Others described situations that I had also experienced before, which was interesting to see.
- Reading personal blogs: I found a few personal blogs where women were talking about their love lives, their style, and their general approach to life, all in the context of having Venus in Taurus. This was definitely more my speed. It felt more… grounded, I guess.
I started to see some common threads. There was definitely a theme of enjoying comfort and pleasure. Not in a necessarily extravagant way, but more like, appreciating good food, soft fabrics, a cozy home environment… that kind of thing. I could relate somewhat, not entirely convinced, but there were some commonalities.
I also noticed a lot of talk about loyalty and stability in relationships. These women seemed to value long-term partnerships and weren’t really into casual flings. That’s something that, whether or not it has anything to do with Venus, I could definitely get behind. Many of them also have very similar views on love to my own.
To get a little bit “science-y” about it, I also looked up my friends’ birth charts. To get my own first-hand verification, I’ll ask some of them about their thoughts, and compare them with the data I found.
Honestly, I’m still not totally sold on the whole astrology thing. I’m not about to start making major life decisions based on my Venus placement. I’m not even going to read my horoscope every * it was a fun little experiment. It’s always interesting to learn about different perspectives and see how people interpret the world around them, even if it’s through something as… mystical… as astrology.
