So, I’ve been messing around with this whole “frog spirit” thing, and let me tell you, it’s been a wild ride. I heard somewhere that frogs are like these super intuitive creatures, all about trusting your gut and diving into your subconscious. Sounded interesting, so I figured, why not give it a shot?
First, I started paying more attention to my surroundings, just like a frog would, you know? I tried to notice the little things, the subtle changes in my environment. It was like trying to be more present in the moment, I guess. Honestly, it was harder than I thought it would be. My mind always wants to wander off.
Then, I tried to tap into my intuition more. Instead of overthinking every decision, I went with my first instinct. Sometimes it worked out, sometimes it didn’t. But hey, that’s life, right? It was like doing more things without a reason rather than thinking too much. I think I saved a lot of time.

I also read up a bit on this stuff. Turns out, frogs have been important in a bunch of cultures for ages. Like, in ancient Egypt, they were symbols of fertility. And the Greeks and Romans were into them too. It’s pretty cool to think about how these little guys have been popping up in human stories for so long.
- I tried meditating a few times, picturing a frog, trying to feel all calm and connected to my feelings. It was… well, it was something. Not sure if I did it right, but it was relaxing at least.
- Another thing I tried was a little “cleansing” ritual. It’s about letting go of negative vibes and things that were bugging me. Again, I’m not sure what to expect, but the process was fun.
The whole idea is to embrace change and transformation, just like a frog goes from a tadpole to a full-grown frog. It’s about being okay with things changing and not getting stuck in the past. Which, you know, is easier said than done.
The result?
Well, I wouldn’t say I’ve had some kind of major spiritual awakening or anything. But, I do feel a bit more in tune with myself and what’s going on around me. I’m trying to trust my gut more and not sweat the small stuff. It’s a work in progress, for sure. I think it did make me feel better, or maybe it’s just a psychological thing. Anyway, I will keep doing it.
So, yeah, that’s my frog spirit journey so far. It’s been a bit weird, a bit fun, and definitely interesting. If you’re looking for something different to try, maybe give it a go. Who knows, you might just learn something about yourself.
