Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this whole astrology thing, and I wanted to see what would happen if I focused on Venus in my 4th house. I’m not, like, a pro astrologer or anything, but I heard it could be cool for home vibes and family stuff. So I decided to give it a shot.
Getting Started
First, I had to actually figure out what my 4th house even was. I used one of those online chart calculators – you just pop in your birth time and place, and it spits out this crazy-looking wheel. Turns out, my 4th house is in Libra. And, guess what? Venus rules Libra. I was like, “Okay, destiny, I see you!”
The Experiment
So, knowing Venus is all about beauty, love, and harmony, and the 4th house is about home, family, and your inner emotional world, I decided to focus on making my home a more, you know, Venusian space. Here’s what I did:

- Decluttering Like Crazy: I started by getting rid of anything that didn’t feel “beautiful” or “harmonious.” Old, mismatched stuff, things that were just taking up space… gone! It was surprisingly liberating.
- Bringing in the Beauty: I got some fresh flowers (pink ones, obviously – very Venus!). I also rearranged my furniture to make things feel more open and flowy. I even bought a few new throw pillows in soft, pretty colors.
- Setting the Mood: I invested in some nice-smelling candles. I’m into the vanilla and rose ones. I’m started to make a point of lighting them every evening. Instant cozy vibes!
- Family Time Focus: I also tried to be more intentional about spending quality time with my family. We started having regular family dinners, no phones allowed. It sounds cheesy, but it actually made a difference. We had more open and nice talk.
- Inner Work: I also spent time trying to connect with my emotions. I just sat quietly, thought about stuff and had a relax. Just focusing on my feelings.
The Results
Honestly, I was surprised by how much of a difference these small changes made. My home feels way more chill and inviting now. It’s like the energy has totally shifted. I feel I and my family have connected more during the time.
I’m not saying this is some magical cure-all, but it definitely made my living space a more pleasant place to be. And, honestly, I feel more at peace in general. Maybe there’s something to this astrology stuff after all. I will try more and maybe I’ll share if I try something new!
