Okay, here’s my blog post about my “Queen of Pentacles Fitness” journey, written in the style you requested:
Alright, so I decided to get my act together, fitness-wise. I’m not getting any younger, you know? And I’ve always been drawn to the imagery of tarot cards. The Queen of Pentacles, she’s all grounded and strong, and I thought, “Yeah, I want some of that!” So, I’m calling this my “Queen of Pentacles Fitness” thing.
First thing I did? I dusted off my old yoga mat. Seriously, it had cobwebs. I found some beginner yoga videos online – nothing fancy, just basic stuff. I figured I’d start slow. No point in killing myself on day one, right?

Week 1: The “Oh My God, I’m So Sore” Phase
- Day 1-3: I did about 20 minutes of yoga each day. Felt pretty good, actually. A little stiff, but good.
- Day 4-7: My body revolted. Everything ached. I mean, EVERYTHING. I could barely get out of bed. I took a couple of rest days and used, many, many, heating pads.
I also started paying more attention to what I was eating. I’m no saint, I love my snacks, but I swapped out the chips for, like, carrots and hummus. Baby steps, people, baby steps.
Week 2: Finding My Rhythm (Sort Of)
- Started walking: Instead of driving to the store down the street, I walked. It’s not far, maybe 15 minutes each way. But it’s something!
- Yoga got easier: I could actually touch my toes! (Okay, almost.) I even tried a 30-minute video.
- Food-wise: I cooked a couple of meals. Nothing, like I said, fancy but just basic stuff. Baked chicken, steamed veggies, you get the idea.
I’m not gonna lie, some days I really didn’t feel like doing anything. But I pushed myself, even if it was just a little bit. I kept thinking about that Queen of Pentacles, all strong and in control. She wouldn’t be skipping her workouts, would she?
Week 3 and Beyond: Still Going!
I added some light weights to my routine. I don’t have actual weights, so I just use some cans of beans. Hey, it works! I can feel my arms getting a little stronger. I can feel myself get stronger day by day.
I’m still doing the yoga, still walking, still trying to eat decent. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s my system. And I’m sticking with it. I am starting to feel like a Queen of Pentacles. I am starting to see a Queen of Pentacles.
This whole “Queen of Pentacles Fitness” thing is more than just working out. It’s about feeling good, feeling strong, feeling like I’m taking care of myself. And that, my friends, is worth more than any number on the scale.
