Today, I want to tell you about this thing I tried out, called “Dream Bird.” Sounds a bit out there, right? But stick with me, it was a wild ride. So, I started this whole thing by setting an intention before I hit the sack. I was like, “Okay, dream self, let’s meet some birds tonight.”
Next, I started doing these reality checks during the day. It’s kind of like checking if you’re in a dream or not. I was doing it whenever I remembered.
Then it got a bit more interesting. I started trying to interpret what these bird visits meant, which species I met in dreams, or what they mean in different cultures. I was trying to interpret what it meant when a bird showed up in my dream. Birds have been seen as messengers in many cultures, so I was curious if they were trying to tell me something. It is dependent on the birds you meet in the dreams, because they are creatures of the air. So I tried to record these.

I also went down a rabbit hole of learning about the spiritual meanings of birds in dreams. It’s wild how much meaning people have put into this stuff over the centuries. Birds are so cool and all, but I didn’t realize how much they show up in our dreams and what that might mean.
- First night: I dreamed of a flock of sparrows.
- Second night: Saw a hawk circling overhead.
- Third night: A parrot landed on my shoulder and started talking.
My Thoughts
Honestly, the whole “Dream Bird” experiment was more interesting than I expected. Did I actually get any hidden messages from the birds? I don’t know. But it was a fun experience, and it made me think more about my dreams and what they might be trying to tell me. Plus, I got really into bird watching during the day, which was a nice bonus.
So, that’s my story about trying to meet birds in my dreams. It was a bit weird, a bit fun, and a whole lot of interesting. Maybe give it a try if you’re into this kind of stuff. You never know what you might find out.
