Okay, so I kept seeing the number 6868 everywhere. On license plates, receipts, clocks… it was getting a little freaky. I’m not usually one for this kind of thing, but it felt like too much of a coincidence, so I decided to look into it.
First, I just googled “6868 angel number.” You know, the basic stuff. Most of the sites said it was about financial abundance and achieving goals. Sounded pretty good, to be honest.
My 6868 Experiment
I decided to treat this as a little experiment. I figured, why not? If nothing else, it would be a fun story. So, I started focusing on what I wanted to manifest in my life, specifically relating to my finances and a project I was working on.

- Step 1: Get Clear. I spent a good chunk of time really thinking about what I wanted. Not just vague ideas, but concrete goals. Like, instead of “I want more money,” I focused on “I want to earn X amount by X date.” I wrote these down. It felt silly at first, but actually helped.
- Step 2: Visualization. Every morning and night, I spent a few minutes visualizing myself achieving these goals. I’d picture myself finishing the project, hitting that income target, whatever it was. I tried to really feel what it would be like.
- Step 3: Action! This was the most important part. The number wasn’t going to magically make things happen. I had to actually work towards my goals. I broke down my project into smaller, manageable tasks and started tackling them one by one. I also looked for new opportunities to increase my income.
Honestly, the first few days, nothing much happened. But I kept at it. I figured, even if the number thing was bogus, the focus and action were good for me anyway.
The Results (So Far)
Okay, so it’s still early days, but I’ve definitely noticed some shifts. I landed a small freelance gig that was totally unexpected, which was a nice boost. And I’ve been way more productive on my project than I have been in months. It’s like I have this extra drive and focus.
I can say this much now, it’s very likely that the 6868 stuff is a coincidence and placebo, however, through setting step 1, 2, 3 and doing things make me feel good.
I’m not saying the number is magic, but I do think there’s something to be said for setting intentions and taking consistent action. Maybe the number just served as a reminder for me to stay focused. Whatever it is, I’m going to keep going and see what happens. I’ll update you guys if anything major shifts!
