Okay, so the other day I kept seeing the number 52 everywhere. On license plates, receipts, clocks – you name it. It was starting to feel a little spooky, so I finally Googled “52 angel number” to see if it meant anything.
Turns out, a lot of websites say angel numbers are messages from, well, angels or spirit guides or whatever. I’m not super religious, but I’m open-minded, so I decided to try and figure out what the heck 52 was supposed to be telling me.
My 52 Experiment
First, I read up on what 52 generally means. Most of the sites agreed it was about change, opportunity, and trusting yourself. Sounded pretty relevant to my life, honestly. I’ve been feeling stuck in a rut lately, so I was ready for some changes.

So, here’s what I did:
- I started a journal. Every time I saw 52, I wrote down where I saw it, what I was doing, and what I was thinking about at the time. This was to try to find any patterns.
- I paid more attention. I’m usually rushing around, head down, not really noticing my surroundings. I made a conscious effort to look around more, be present, and see if any opportunities popped up.
- I made a “scary” decision. There’s this online course I’ve been wanting to take, but I’ve been putting it off because I was scared I wouldn’t be good enough. Seeing 52 everywhere felt like a nudge, so I finally signed up!
The Results (So Far)
It’s only been a week, but honestly, I feel…different. The journaling has been really helpful. I’ve noticed I see 52 a lot when I’m thinking about work, which makes sense since that’s where I’ve been feeling the most stuck.
Paying more attention has also been surprisingly great. I’ve had a couple of interesting conversations with strangers, and I even stumbled upon a local art fair that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. It is amazing!
And the online course? It’s challenging, but I’m actually enjoying it! It feels good to be learning something new and pushing * feels wonderful.
I don’t know if it’s the angels or just a coincidence, but paying attention to the number 52 has definitely made me more aware of my thoughts, my surroundings, and the opportunities around me. It’s been a fun little experiment, and I’m going to keep it up for a while longer to see what happens.
