Okay, so the other day I kept seeing the number 3355 everywhere. On license plates, receipts, clocks… it was seriously freaking me out a little. I’m not usually one for signs, but this felt… persistent. So, I decided to look into it.
I started by, you know, Googling it. “3355 meaning” or something like that. I stumbled upon this whole “angel number” thing. Apparently, these repeating numbers are supposed to be messages from, well, angels, or the universe, or whatever you believe in.
My 3355 Experiment
I’m a practical person, so I wasn’t about to just accept this at face value. I decided to treat it like an experiment. I read that 3355 is all about creativity, personal freedom, and big life changes. So, I figured, why not lean into that?

I’ve always wanted to try painting, but I always told myself I wasn’t “artistic” enough. This week, I bought a cheap set of watercolors and some paper. I didn’t follow any tutorials, I just started messing around with colors and shapes. It was… surprisingly fun! And, honestly, not as terrible as I thought it would be.

I’ve been feeling stuck in my routine lately. Same job, same weekend activities… So, I decided to shake things up. I booked a spontaneous weekend trip to a nearby city I’d never been to. I didn’t plan anything, just wandered around, explored, and ate at random restaurants. It was a little scary, but incredibly liberating.

Open to Change:
This one was a bit harder to actively “do.” It was more about a mindset shift. I started saying “yes” to things I might normally shy away from. A networking event for work? Sure, why not. A friend asked me to join their improv class? Okay, I’ll give it a shot.
The results? Well, it’s not like my whole life magically transformed overnight. But I definitely felt… lighter. More open. More willing to take risks and try new things. The painting is still a work in progress, but I’m enjoying the process. The weekend trip was a blast, and I met some cool people. And those “yes” moments? They led to some interesting conversations and experiences I wouldn’t have had otherwise.
So, did the angels actually send me the number 3355? I don’t know. But by focusing on the meaning I found, I did manage to shake things up in my life in a positive way. Maybe that’s the real message, to be open to opportunities and not be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. And, you know, maybe buy some watercolors.
